The Board of Commissioners
The Council for Transparency is directed by four Commissioners appointed by the President of the Republic, with the prior approval of the Senate, adopted by two-thirds of its sitting members. The chairmanship of the Board rotates and is held by one of its commissioners for a period of 18 months.
