She is a Political Scientist, Master in Political Science with special mention in Institutions and Political Processes from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; She has a Diploma in Public Communication from Universidad Alberto Hurtado and in Business Communication, from Universidad Diego Portales.

Her professional career began as a researcher in different research centers, focusing mainly on electoral analysis, opinion polls, civic education and citizen participation.

As of 2005, she entered the public sector; first, as an advisor and then, in the year, 2006, as Coordinator of the Research Division of the Office of the Secretary-General of the Presidency, undertaking functions of preparation and monitoring of the political-strategic agenda of the Government.

She joined Consejo para la Transparencia in 2010, with the mission of creating and directing the Business Intelligence Unit, an area aimed at incorporating the strategic institutional decision-making process by reading internal information and analyzing the environment. From this position, she took on the temporary substitution of the Head of the Research Department in April 2014 and was elected as the permanent Head, through the Public Senior Management System, in October 2014.

In terms of teaching, she has given several classes, especially Political Analysis, in different universities, such as Adolfo Ibáñez, Diego Portales and Universidad Central.
