Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with a Master’s Degree in Fundamental Rights from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

She has served at the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency as a legislative advisor; at Fundación Ciudadanía Inteligente as Director of Research and Advocacy; at Espacio Público as Director of Advocacy and Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Observatory and the Latin American Anti-Corruption Network; and as Programme Officer for Chile and the Southern Cone at International IDEA, where she supported Chile’s constitutional process.

In addition, she has served as Executive Director of Chile Transparente. As of January 2024, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Council for Transparency for a six-year term.
